Wildwood's City Administrator Resigns
In a press release, the City of Wildwood announced the resignation of City Administrator who began his tenure August 14, 2019. His resignation was effective Septemeber 23, 2020.
In March of 2019, Anselm reportedly had resigned as Joplin's City Administrator.
The city will be appointing an interim city administrator while it begins a search for a replacement.
The last time a opening was available, a co-City Administrator, Steve Cross was appointed to work with veteran Director of Planning and Parks, Joe Vunich.
The appointment of Steve Cross was complicated by blustery opposition by a coalition of anti-mayor council members who are now effectively off the council through a series of election defeats and a rash of retirements.
